Our new mobile application makes it easier than ever for property managers in the San Francisco Bay Area to submit service requests to Association Maintenance Services.

When you see something that needs fixing at one of your properties, you can take a picture with your phone and send it to us along with the details of your request. Using your photo’s location, we can pinpoint the problem and take care of it within an allowance that you can set directly from the app - or make a bid request and we will send you a quote.

Whether you manage one property or a hundred, we make it easy for you to keep track of your work orders with PDF copies emailed to you right after you submit them. Your list of properties can have as many entries as you need along with references of onsite contacts and detailed notes of special instructions.
